Privacy Policy
This policy explains what BSAB Inc ("we", "us") collects when you use Cagework, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
If you only play the free puzzle: we do not ask for your name or email, and we do not run advertising trackers. Your progress, notes, streak, and stats are saved in your own browser (local storage) on your device. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
If you subscribe to Plus: our payment processor, Stripe, collects your email address, payment details, and billing information at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number. We use the email and customer record in Stripe to confirm that your subscription is active and to send you sign-in links. So your streak follows you between devices, we also save a small summary of your streak, best streak, and number of puzzles solved on your Stripe customer record.
Analytics
We do not run analytics on this site.
Cookies
Plus rewards (your coins, rank, badges and chosen look) are saved only in your own browser on that device. We do not receive them.
When you subscribe or sign in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary for Plus to work, and we do not use it for tracking. Signing out removes it.
Who else handles your information
- Stripe processes payments and stores subscription records. See Stripe's privacy policy for how it handles data.
- Resend delivers the sign-in emails we send you, so it sees your email address and the message.
- Netlify hosts the site and, like any host, keeps technical logs such as IP addresses and requests.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface used on the page, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Subscription and billing records are kept by Stripe as long as needed to run your subscription and meet legal and tax obligations. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.
Your choices
You can cancel Plus at any time in Billing. You can ask us to delete your customer record, or to tell you what we hold about you, by emailing Buddeemediagroup@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
Cagework is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
