Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Cagework (the "Service"), operated by BSAB Inc ("we", "us"). By using the Service or starting a Plus subscription, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Cagework offers a daily number puzzle, Word Ladder, Solitaire, and Cryptogram. Today’s Ladder, Solitaire deal and Cryptogram reflection are free. Plus also includes their available archives and Cryptogram hints. Today's classic 5x5 puzzle is free. Cagework Plus is a paid subscription that adds additional puzzle sizes, Expert puzzles, the puzzle archive, hints, and streak protection. Features may change over time. Coins, ranks, badges and looks are for fun only (everyone earns coins and ranks; spending coins, badges and bonuses are part of Plus): they have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money or prizes, and may change.
Plus subscriptions, trials, and billing
Plus is billed monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and your plan then renews automatically at the price shown, plus any applicable taxes.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using Billing on the Cagework page. If you cancel, you keep Plus access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you cancel before a free trial ends, you will not be charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We may change prices with advance notice; a price change applies from your next renewal after the notice.
Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time. If you were charged in error or have a problem, contact us at Buddeemediagroup@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Your account
Plus access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links and devices secure. Please do not share your access with others or use automated tools to copy puzzles or solutions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, bypass paid features, scrape puzzles at scale, or use the Service for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Service, its puzzles, design, and code belong to us or our licensors. You may play and share your own results. You may not copy, resell, or republish the puzzles or the Service without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not promise that your saved progress or streak will always be preserved. Progress is stored on your own device, and for Plus members a summary of streak statistics is also saved to your account.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Ending your access
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue Plus, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will post it here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
